Rapporto sugli strumenti finanziari cofinanziati dai Fondi SIE.
L’Agenzia per la Coesione territoriale ha pubblicato, nel Febbraio 2018, il primo Repporto sugli strumenti finanziari.
Il testo si struttura su quattro capitoli:
1. le dinamiche del mercato: credito, garanzie dei confidi, capitale di rischio e PPP;
2. la programmazione degli strumenti finanziari, in cui è tracciata la mappa delle risorse destinate a questi strumenti;
3. l’attuazione degli strumenti finanziari al 31 dicembre 2016, con un quadro di dettaglio sullo stato di attuazione procedurale e finanziario al livello di singola misura di intervento;
4. le azioni di sistema intraprese dall’Agenzia per la Coesione Territoriale al fine di favorire la convergenza strategica e operativa degli strumenti, nonché il loro livello di efficienza ed efficacia.
Il Rapporto offre un quadro informativo sintetico sulle dinamiche di contesto dei fenomeni finanziari, presentando informazioni esaustive e dettagliate sullo stato di attuazione e sui risultati conseguiti dai singoli strumenti, su base comparativa. Il rapporto risponde compiutamente al dovere di accountability nello specifico segmento degli strumenti finanziari.
Cooperation Agreement under Article 14(5) of Directive 2014/49/EU of 16 April 2014 on deposit guarantee schemes
Article 14(5) of the Directive states that the DGS or, where appropriate, the designated
authorities, shall have written agreements in place in order to facilitate an effective
cooperation between them in the above-mentioned fields.

State of the Union 2016
Every year in September, the President of the European Commission delivers his State of the Union speech before the European Parliament, taking stock of achievements of the past year and presenting priorities for the year ahead. The President also sets out how the Commission will address the most pressing challenges the European Union is facing. The speech is followed by a plenary debate. This kick-starts the dialogue with Parliament and Council to prepare the Commission Work Programme for the following year.
Anchored in the Treaty of Lisbon, the State of the Union address is foreseen in the 2010 Framework Agreement on relations between the European Parliament and the European Commission, which also foresees that the President sends a letter of intent to the President of the European Parliament and the Presidency of the Council that sets out in detail the actions the Commission intends to take by means of legislation and other initiatives until the end of the following year (2017 in this case).
Jean-Claude Juncker, the President of the European Commission, delivered his second
State of the Union speech on 14 September 2016.

Barbagallo, Capo del Dipartimento Vigilanza bancaria e finanziaria della Banca d’Italia, che in apertura ha dichiarato: "Questo forum cade in una fase delicata, per l’Europa come per l’Italia; gli equilibri geo-politici sono in movimento; l’andamento dell’economia continua a risentire del lascito della crisi; regole e controlli sulle banche e la finanza hanno subìto un profondo cambiamento"
